日本では、DIGITAL COWBOY が取り扱っているネットワークメディアプレーヤー Xtreamer シリーズとして新製品 Xtreamer Prodigy が発表されました。
Xtreamer シリーズの最高峰として 2/23 に発表されましたが、何とこっそり AirPlay 対応と書いてあります。ホント？

The Xtreamer Prodigy supports the Apple’s AirPlay, a new feature arriving with the release of iOS 4.2, that marks a huge step into the wireless future, beaming music, videos, and photos to speakers and screens all over your house, without plugging anything in.
しかし、Xtreamer Prodigy の紹介ページには一切記述が無いのが不思議？。でも上記にはしかっり “supports the Apple’s AirPlay” って書いてありますね。Xtreamer シリーズ には、iXtreamer という iPhone/iPad のドックになり、中の写真や動画をテレビに映す製品がありますので、Apple 製品と無縁という訳ではありませんが、Apple の許可得られるのかなぁ？。
私も Xtreamer Pro を使っていますが、Xtreamer はファームウェアの更新も早いし、安定しているいい製品だと思いますよ。
